Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how you can delete your SmartFlok account and all associated data.

The fastest way to delete your account. Sign in and follow these steps:

If you can't access your account, send us an email and we'll handle it for you.

Send an email to support@smartflok.com with:

We will process your request within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email once completed.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile and personal information

All flock and farm records

Feed consumption and stock data

Health, vaccine, and treatment records

Financial records (sales and expenses)

Store, products, and order history

Community posts and interactions

Subscription and payment data

This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled. No refund will be issued for the remaining period.
Any pending orders or marketplace transactions should be completed before deletion.
You can always create a new account later, but your previous data will not be available.
