Welcome to SmartFlok, operated by SmartFlok . By accessing or using our poultry management platform and marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, secure, and productive environment for all users.
Maintain accurate information, secure your credentials, and use the platform responsibly
Provide honest product descriptions, fulfill orders promptly, and maintain quality standards
Follow all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations in your farming and business activities
Respect other users, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain a positive environment
SmartFlok includes a community where users post and comment. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, including content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, fraudulent, spam, or illegal.

When a buyer places an order, payment is collected upfront and held in a secure escrow account operated by our verified third-party payment processors. Funds are not released to the vendor at the point of sale.
Escrowed funds are released to the vendor's SmartFlok wallet once the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically 48 hours after delivery if the buyer does not raise an issue. The vendor may then withdraw funds to a linked bank account or mobile money wallet.
If a buyer raises a dispute within the confirmation window, the funds remain in escrow until the dispute is resolved under our dispute-resolution process. Where a refund is due, it is issued from escrow in line with the vendor's stated refund terms and applicable consumer protections.
SmartFlok facilitates this escrow service to protect both buyers and vendors, but is not a party to the underlying sale contract between them. Escrow timelines and fees may be updated from time to time and will be reflected at checkout.
